By using the Careerly mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Careerly, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Careerly is an AI-powered resume builder and job application tracker. We use secure third-party AI services, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, to help you digitize, generate, and optimize professional content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any data you enter into the application. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in harmony-disrupting behavior.

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan (Monthly or Yearly).
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect after the current billing period ends.

5. AI Content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content (powered by third-party services like OpenAI and Google Gemini) may occasionally contain errors. It is your responsibility to review and verify all information in your generated resumes before submitting them to employers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Careerly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application or your success in job applications.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
