Welcome to PurgeRoll. We built PurgeRoll to make decluttering your camera roll fast, intuitive, and satisfying through swipe gestures. Your photo library contains deeply personal moments, private memories, and confidential images. That is why PurgeRoll is engineered with a strict 100% on-device, zero-telemetry architecture.

🔒 Zero-Cloud Guarantee: PurgeRoll does not collect, upload, analyze, or transmit your photos, screenshots, or videos to any remote server or third-party cloud. All photo scanning, categorization, and swipe decluttering occur exclusively on your iPhone.

1. Photo Library Access

PurgeRoll requests access to your photo library solely to display your photos, group them by month, filter categories (such as screenshots, heavy videos, and burst duplicates), and execute deletion requests that you explicitly confirm.

Apple Native Photos API: PurgeRoll interacts with your library using Apple’s official Photos (PHPhotoLibrary) framework within iOS's secure application sandbox.
No Background Scraping: PurgeRoll only accesses your media while the application is active or when you invoke a widget action.

2. Safe Deletion & 30-Day Recovery

Your media safety is our highest priority:

Staged Review: Swiping left merely stages an image in your Purge Queue. Nothing is deleted until you review and tap "Purge Now".
System Confirmation: All deletion calls trigger Apple’s native iOS confirmation modal.
Recoverable: In accordance with Apple iOS design, purged items are moved to your device’s system Recently Deleted album in the Photos app, where they can be recovered for 30 days.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All PurgeRoll Pro purchases (Lifetime Unlock or Annual Subscription) are processed directly by Apple via the native StoreKit 2 framework. We never access, handle, or store your payment card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple ID credentials.

4. Widgets & Siri Shortcuts

PurgeRoll includes interactive iOS Home Screen widgets and App Intents / Shortcuts to show storage statistics. These widgets read localized counts directly on your device via iOS shared group storage without sending data across the network.

5. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising

PurgeRoll contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, zero analytics frameworks (no Google Firebase, no Meta Pixel, no Mixpanel), and zero user tracking. We do not sell, monetize, or broker user information.
