Pinaco Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or accessing Pinaco, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Scope of License

Parth Darji grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Pinaco on Apple-branded devices (Apple TV, Mac, iPad) linked to your Apple ID account.

2. Classical Masterpieces & Public Domain

Historical artworks presented within Pinaco are sourced from open access programs of partner cultural institutions (such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art) under Creative Commons Zero (CC0) or public domain declarations. Pinaco does not claim proprietary copyright over historical cultural heritage.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Disclaimer

Pinaco is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the app incorporates OLED anti-burn-in micro-drifting, users remain responsible for their hardware display settings.
